MT--here is what I know after 3 years of tax study.. If we buy Amnp then the loss carry-foward stays intack...forever. as individuals we can take 3000.00 per year but with corps the amt varies based on profitability

If Amnp goes thru --CGFIA will aquire the loss and carry it foward untill it is used up against profits. So good deal...as long as amnp pps keeps coming down (current pps 0.0021 we may katch them soon) Then all of Amnp lose transfer to cgfia-which is great to offset and profit in future. I am still thinking why are we buying AMNP --only for an uplist and more exposure and pick up 6 mines---but it will be cheap whatever,,,,some of the new A/s can be used for this purchase---still scheduled for jan 15th???

I think something is gonna break---Guyer has been rollingup assets
and he will offer this Company---when all is in place up for sale
That is his tradition and agenda. Build it and sell it. That will be great for us as shareholders and for him too.
