After 21 November 2011 when ronny martell's company executed a massive 40:1 REVERSE split, PARD became PARDD.

And when someone finally realized that the proposed merger between Alozyme and PARDD wasn't going to get the company up to par on its listing preference, the merger was terminated.

So now, ronnie martell has migrated to NGSX. What does that portend for his newest move and for its shareholders?
