As a result of the case being handed over to a new judge, the decision (final) was extended to give more time for the NEW GUY to undertake the case w/ all the facts.

Discovery period has been extended to EK and RIMM to around the
end of Sept./'12.

I'm not convinced (under economic pressures) that is the greatest thing for EK ---- but, it is what it is.
