All the SEC has ever done is screw over the little guys. That is what I can see happening here if they get involved. On a side note people wont be complaining about management anymore once the SEC is involved lol. So I guess people will get their wish lol. The current management will no longer be running the company. Of course the company wont even be a company lol.
