Xan, I agree...as long as we get the inventory to the point where the subs can get their 1st choice within a few days, we have solved the retention problem....I don't think where the dvd is mailed from is the issue....just as long as it gets there within the accepted mailing time from point A to point B. If a sub elects the 8 out program, then he can have a steady stream of movies. Those living closer to the DC will naturally enjoy shorter times, and those living farther away will eventually receive shorter times as the DC's are added...
