Larry Sanford, CEO of Allenergy, states: "We have taken the necessary steps to keep our cash flow in line with our expenses. We believe that oil prices will rise again at which time we will return to our efforts to generate profit from the discovery and sale of oil. Our shareholders should know: Allenergy remains viable."

"Though our core focus remains oil and natural gas production and well services, it has been a part of our long term strategic plan to diversify," Larry Sanford, CEO, said. "With the incredible rise and fall of oil prices recently it seems even more prudent to open up additional revenue streams. Our plan will help to ensure Allenergy's long term growth and profitability regardless of oil price fluctuations."

Rex Horning, Allenergy's Vice President of Operations, has been leading the strategic planning for Allenergy's diversification. "We have the potential to take advantage of the new technologies for wind generation. The demand for wind generation has increased. In time Allenergy will have the opportunity to provide some of our existing clients with additional services," Mr. Horning said.

Because of both the revenue and the Federal tax breaks, many land owners in the region are seeking to use their land for wind power generation. Allenergy is taking the necessary steps to sell, service, and install wind power generation. Allenergy can also benefit from wind power revenues on its current leases and on additional land leases.

Allenergy, Inc., an independent oil and gas producer focused on Southeastern Kansas, has completed a strategic review of its 12-property portfolio and identified four leases for further consideration after receiving indications of interest from potential purchasers.

"We evaluated Allenergy's leases on the basis of realizing value for shareholders," said ALRY CEO Larry Sanford. "Four of our properties have attracted prospective acquirers, and we will now formally start responding to them."

The objective of Allenergy's strategic review is to focus on a short list of ALRY properties for further analysis and possible discussion with potential acquirers. "The review is complete and this will drive Allenergy's strategic direction," Mr. Sanford said.

In the first quarter of 2008 Allenergy divested its three North Central Oklahoma properties for approximately $500,000 in gross proceeds.

Allenergy, Inc. is an independent energy company strategically focused on Southeastern Kansas where it currently holds approximately 3,200 acres of leased land with more than 100 oil and gas wells on its properties.
