Lived (and worked) in Redwood Shores all through the idealism, creativity, excitement, hype, super-hype, bubble, super-bubble, pop, super-pop, denial, reinfaltion, re-pop and...decline, more denial, decline. All told...About 5 years. Eventually quit pretending. Sold home in July 2002 (truly amazed at what someone was willing to pay) and moved to a tax-free state. It IS going to get much worse. Apparently, GS agrees - shut Sand Hill Rd. office today.
