We have embassies in many countries ... Bush was from Texas .. they do EVERYTHING big there .. there really isn't a conspiracy behind EVERYTHING that happens .. .. there are NO American Military feet there now .. the state department has hired private contractors to keep them safe .. we'll see how it works out ... I don't hold much hope for it ........
