Step One: Remove current Board of Directors
Step Two: Elect new board and attract new investor group
Step Three: SEC notification of fraud (quite likely this has already been done)
Step Four: Watch company grow and watch share price rise with transparent leadership and full compliance with SEC

Nobody is going to invest in MLXO with Saleem involved. He is radioactive to any group with any credibility.
