You are correct indeed we as humans most times don't realize until we are at our time of death that we ourselve don't matter what matters is what have you done through your existence to help the whole of humanity. So in turn we would approve or work on producing meds with the greatest of our effort for soceity rather than our "the drug companies" greed. Big pharma and little pharma work on what will sell!
