I run and manage the fitness and nutrition programs for one of the nation's largest hotel and spa resorts. I am based out of the midwest because of my clients I work with regularly there, however, I oversee development all over the country.

I have a masters degree in athletic training and my CSCS for performance training, which is the highest you can get.

I absolutely love what I do.
