I've posted about the 1%.....
No, not the 1% of the most wealthy in this country.
One Percent of the population that has historically been incarcerated for actions against society.
Theft, coercion, fraud, brutality, Murder.....you name it.

Fact is; 2% of the population is incarcerated and more prisons are being built.

They've compromised the law and should be behind bars.

And what does this tell of our society?
A society that has doubled the historical norms?

It's not my opinion that offenses against society should be condoned.
It's my opinion that opportunities for success have been reduced.
