the military is a target customer for mrps,but not pods, per arista mgmt. in their ardour presentation. mrps estimate bookings for 2011 was 4 mil and 2012 was 7 mil. 11 mil total miltary est for 2011 and 2012. maybe add in 1-2 mil for solar. so their military bookings by their est. was around 12 million. so they did not lose 60 mil in military business, when they only projected 11 to 12 mil. as i posted before, imo this suit is about stolen technology by fraud, as is stated in the compliant, not lost business to date.
