I've just realised GBOE must have accumulated sizeable debts lawyers and accountants fees and not forgetting the terrific salaries the executives awarded themselves. Maybe Regal will forget the circa $20M they raised for these people for SARS and give them the $5M they want to raise for the errrrr company EL Gas that has no approved product and therefore no revenues.
