You mean, is he a knowing participant in the fraud... or yet another unwitting dupe ?

My opinion is... it doesn't really matter.

He made a choice, and chose badly... and whether that is due to error, corruption or lack of judgment isn't really shareholders concern...

It's getting pretty thick here now... and, adding another hand to shovel the crap... doesn't make what they're shoveling not crap.
