This really hurts but cancelling the shares would have been much worse. I bought my shares and have a huge loss but believe in the company ability to continue being both highly profitable and growing... and will eventually be recognized as such and hopefully this PAMCO matter will settle and all shares in the market will be equal(which is the way it should be). I believe CHCC will eventually be bought-out/privitized and then could list themselves onto another exchange closer to home at a much higher price.... my guess $8.00 to $10.00/share wouldn't surprise me.
