The problem is who knows when those new shares will ever trade. The new BOD has to decide if they will trade soon after confirmation on the pinks/Otcbb or if they are going for Nasdaq/NYSE. If they are going for Nasdaq/NYSE there are a TON of issues and hoops to go through - you are looking at at least a 2 year process for listing.
Pinks/Otcbb means more manipulation from the MM's, and who knows what they will do to the newco stock. I've made the personal decision to stay on the sidelines until there is more clarity. I am 'hopeful' this Q & A Nate mentioned will actually happen and provide more insight. As it stands now the waters are very very muddy and I don't swim in that!
