of course you are right marcos - this deal was too good to be true and how could one renegociate such a deal? howeverthis board needs a cheerleader no? what else can i do that you rock gurus and mining nerds cant do better? anyway lets get the merger approved - and with this purchase hurdle out of the way we can get on with higher prices for this stock - my portfolio needs the lift! good to see that there will be no more obligations to PDG or whoever (will there?) - i worry about sinclairs admonition about junior partners of majors that are hedged (and PDG is very hedged!). remember the 3 p's - people, property and phinancing - looks like millar can get the phinancing. that alone should advance the share price - this one has lagged many other juniors far too long now!
