I think there is plenty incentive to buy WAMPQ for a 3-6 month hold, however the market appears to have little understanding of why this is - IMO - a very good buy right now. And posts like yours, crying over spilt milk (the SNH's were not required by the settlement to give up more), don't help. At some point the focus has to move from crying about what "should" have been, to accepting and analyzing what is. And "what is", IMO, is a settlement deal that should result (over the near-medium term) in the P's seeing some multiple of the current pps.
And, no, I am not going to get into a back-and-forth arguing and trying to educate folks about the very substantial potential of this deal to generate a good return on the P's. Is it going to be a cash payout of hundreds of dollars? No. And many are too busy expressing their disappointment about that and complaining about the EC and S&G to see the actual potential benefits of the deal. Too bad, really.
