IPWG is currently listed as NON-DTCC eligible, so if your broker uses Penson (I think that's how it's spelled) to clear trades, I believe there are some big fees involved. You'd have to check with your individual brokers to see what the fee's are. That on top of still being "chilled" doesn't bode well for any of us. I'd be surprised if any news would help at this point.
