Ben, I believe that's my point - the company is gone.

its abandoned and revoked .. why would you expect any filings?

the agreement between FFGO/WD and NMGL stated if FFGO were to have any regulatory problems the deal would default

there are no other filings ..

If you could contact anyone from FFGO

I believe the past FFGO management will take that stand

have you tried to contact FFGO?

If you can't get hold of them, that fact alone should be all you need to know about this con job penny stock

how many years will investors wait before its sinks in they have been conned>?
