yup, now if share holders can only prove FFGO scammed them .. thats all it will take

one big edge FFGO common share holders may have in a fraud lawsuit is,

FFGO knew in advance the SEC would be revoking the stock registration. Yet, FFGO knowingly and willingly refused to file one single required periodic report.
FFGO continued to dump 75 BILLION shares over a 6 year time period fully understanding without remorse the common share holders would be totally wiped out by the revoking
However, FFGO stayed the course in a number of past failed divvies and promises of yet another extra ordinary .0034 fantasy divvy

knowing full well the stock would most likley be revoked before they ever had to pay out one red sub penny to any common share holder

and to make matters worse .. they abandoned the company over 15 months ago .. leaving nothing for the investors to do but speculate leaving wild rumors of things that might come
if wishes, hope and dreams were allowed in the real world of penny stocks
