Yes and that also applies to regular citizens .. . I've read that Ford is responsible for the 'pardoning' of presidents ...

but, international law could prevail someday, of course there is NO country that is blameless ..we could, have a free for
all and convict all the crimes of all presidents in all the countries ...lololol .. that would be a real attainable goal ... .. ..mmmhmm .. sure. .. ;)
