From yesterday's BK Court news, "Separately, Lane (judge) said he received a letter asking him to form an equity committee for AMR shareholders, which he passed on to the U S Trustee's office for consideration." Many pensions are partly funded by AMR shares. Equity committee will help protect shareholder values.
