MNTA’s out-of-pocket costs for process development within the BAX partnership will be fully or substantially covered by the $91M in technical milestones payable by BAX, according to today’s CC.
Right. As I said, the "bet" is that the costs will be "returned".
But the expenses are real and certain, while the reimbursement via milestones is aspirational and uncertain.
