hey Doc, you were wondering if anyone has been through this before.

"Has anyone seen a situation such as this in the past where a company issues a dividend of their private subsidiary? I just keep reading all of your predictions about the GTGP price around Christmas as well as the IPO of the new stock but I just cannot fathom seeing it released on NASDAQ. Realistically, do you think it is smart to load up tomorrow and hope for PR next week?"

I have, same deal, restricted stock in a private company, with the promise that it go public.

actually there were a couple private companys (subs)involved
peops got their restricted divys in the private companys, but they never went public. so they're stuck with restricted stock in a private company. lol. what ya spose those are worth??
