we were diluted. Now...JAP and 3 would have us believe it was for company gain or malicious intent.

Also,in my defense,I've given the company props.I've said that the company has a good business plan and CAN become a contender,IF and only if they quit diluting.
Yes,I know they need operating cash,but to go from 1.5 to 6.5 AS just is NO excuse.It only sets itself up for a RS.
