what I meant was the china gate committed to providing 100 acres to farm for a minimum of 10 years, imo to produce GKG seedlings. if GKG actually got contracts over those 10 years and produced license revenues for china gate, the options are to kill the agreement after the 10 year period and do it themselves providing seedlings (starting from scratch with no contracts) or extend the agreement and continue to receive their pound of flesh for the license.
