Sure appears as though Art is making a common/DIMEQ comparison...and if all else fails...we should be cutting common off at the knees... or am I not getting the gist of that argument?

Also, from some of his points, this thing is far from detailed and spelled out enough to pass muster. Still appears as though there is plenty of work to do to close this thing out...

And while Art is arguing these points....why is the EC not also jumping on this situation? Waiting for the EC's minimal, yet clarifying objection as well...IMO
