If I ran a company and put a contact email on the website then I would certainly have someone assigned to responding, especially to shareholders (company owners) who took the time to write and express concerns. It is just good business to be responsive. You can't finance any business venture or expansion if you ignore your shareholders to the point that they lose faith in the company and sell off the shares. The company always has to be selling itself to customers and current and potential shareholders. The most efficient way to answer all these questions and concerns is to make a committment to provide regular press releases that give an update on what the company is doing, what they are planning, how they are progressing, what has changed...
