Anyone know how many DIMEQ LTW were issued or outstanding?

If it is under 100 Million, I don't think it will make that much of a difference in the common issuance of NEWCO stock.

If it is more than 500 Mil, then it might be a factor...

But considering commons have 1.7 BIL, DIMEQ will just be a part of that conversion and if it is a low count, will hardly make a dent in the conversion ratio.
