person at OTC indicated it was most likely
an order (pass thru) from a client

i called OTC earlier today .. and very much appreciated
the return call and input from this individual at OTC
cause your ? piqued my curiosity .. it's not the *norm*
per this individual at the OTC

bid per EF) under csti and nite at 1.36 and etmm at 1.34
