You keep twisting my words and repeating that I am missing the point and now accuse me of spinning things?

No not everyone gets constipation and I qualified that in my response. Certainly I never said that people take a drug they don't need or might not need! If one tells their doc I got constipated when I take the pain meds you gave me what are they going to do? Why do you think there are long term safety studies?

I have agreed its a big market and the drugs have comparable efficacy sorry but I don't believe its worthwhile to continue this discussion!
