JEF Moody's reaffirms Jefferies at Baa2 BY MarketWatch— 11:01 AM ET 12/21/2011
BOSTON (MarketWatch) -- Moody's Investors Service said early Wednesday that it is reaffirming its rating for Jefferies Group (JEF). of Baa2 with a stable outlook. The ratings group cited the investment bank's relatively low financial leveraging and "straightforward business model."
