ok. lets get real. i was brought into this garbage company immediately after it went public by a ff investor. i was personaly told by sheneher this was a reverse takeover of an existing'small cap' biofuel company as this was the easiest way for gbe to become a publicly traded company which he wanted to do so that he could raise money to expand the operations. my ff investor has over $15k sunk into this company and was issued a worthless restricted share certificate months after this company started being traded publicly but was not told it was restrcited and was not given any help by sheneher to get them unrestricted.
my ff has been trying repeatedly to get their shares unrestricted, but sheneher wont help them. he wont return their calls/emails anymore. now it doesnt even matter if they get the shares unrestricted, the cannot be traded as there is a cease-trade in canada.
sheneher didnt tell my ff investor that cpow was a shell company. he led them to believe this was a legit company being traded on a venture capital exchange and not some pump and dump scam on a buliten board. with $600,000 paid-for a mass-pr campaign in dec/10 and charges now being laid against at least one pr company, it seems all this was just a pump&dump.
between me an my ff investor, were watching almost $18k vanish every day and there is nothing we can do about it. so yeah. i'm going to come onto this form and any other form i can find and shout aas loud as i can DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE STOCK so others dont get burned too.
i hope the sec and bcsc investigate this company because i think there is lots of fraud here by sheneher. from a legal point of view, it looks like my ff and me are screwed unless someone starts a class action (which only makes lawyers rich), but nobody else has to be screwed. there are plenty of good investments out there for people who want to see their investments grow. this isnt one of them.
your right. i'm not posting on any other board. thats because i'm not invested in any other junk stock besides this one and i have no plan to buy any other junk stock. i have no choice to be a cpow investor now because i cannot even sell the shares i have.
