China Gate sold 1.2 million seedlings (1MM GKG) over 3 years ago. In order to retain the license China Gate must continue to buy 1 million seedlings per year.

Now if they just renewed, that means they have 3 times more seedlings to begin with than VGE did, and that's just ot retain the license.

Who's doing what with the grass? BTW......Giant King Grass has a trademark app by VIASPACE. The grass is likely called something else by China Gate. It was when they signed the license agreement.
