My knees are deteriorating, I'm still walking but otherwise my health is so good my specialist is amazed. He sees me bi-monthly, grins, says keep up whatever you are doing. That will be $25 co-pay for two minutes.
Nothing for me to complain about. I'm fine. Hope you are even better than me. Happiest holidays.
