Regarding the "E" removal: for those who do not understand how this works- The E was put on there for 30 days since CHWM did not file a Q or K and was delinquent. The E was removed after thirty days and the stock is now delisted to the Pinks. To relist on the BB they have to file their K or Q (no chance imo) and they have to file a 211 with a MMER.
Instead they stay on the pinks and need to file a 15 to get them out of "non-compliance" as a delinquesnt reporting co and go to non reporting officially. My bet is they do nothing as their counsel got indicted in the complaint and they probably have zero money to pay for anything. Best to just move on guys. Your limited funds are better off in most anything. There will be no recovery because if nothing else, you have a huge floorless that would hit any buying just like you've witnessed the last year.
