i have to agree with this comment of yours

the truth is they are afraid to trade in pennies because there is so much counterfeit on the market that they don't know what's real and what isn't. Killing off the companies by choking off financing is easier than cleaning up their mess.

this is why i have the sec and the dtc/c in the crooks' column

they'd rather have wall street and off shore unregulated entities
be able to cover their ass .. than implement kaufman's very simple
but very specific plan of hard locates .. and clearly the reason
is due to counterfeited shares that *overwhelm* the system but
are always swept under the proverbial rug

they would have to admit their gross and egregious *complicity*
where said counterfeiting of shares is involved as well if revealed

apparently it's better to kill off legit co.s (and most of the
middle class in this country) in the micro cap range than be
adults and deal with this *crippling* issue that impacts every
strata of the US economy
