DD that is a good post. Nice timeline review of pertinent activities and facts. I agree that it is pretty difficult to imagine that the product must not now be marketable, or at least rapidly approaching that point.
BTW, does anyone know where the rumor came from that Delagarza has rounded up $10MM cash? Where did it supposedly come from?
If the provider of $10MM is eventually compensated with shares at current market prices, that would at least quadruple the current outstanding shares. Or am I missing something?
Oh well, in a reverse merger, dilution is often the name of the game, and I have already, mentally accepted something like AT LEAST a 4:1 dilution of my shares.
I would enjoy input about the above from someone that actually knows what they are talking about!
I would think that we will start to have at least some partial answers or indicators in the year end filing.
