Drilling is the best time no drilling no money it is as simple as that. And if the properties that you drilled are not up to par then it will be harder to raise funds; a few good holes or even 1 good hole you have no problem to raise money, man you don't even have to leave home they come knocking on your door.lol

As far as permits it is very easy to get permits in Newfie for drilling it isnot a problem, but if you try and go behind the government back you are asking for problems. Anyway the drillers will not even sign or start a program with out the permit!
