I agree Pro it is not looking good for sure.
Kinda puts a sour taste in your mouth when we see things like this happen.

I don't get involved as deep as you guys do with the paper work. I always look for drilling and signs of drilling on the property you know geos in the area, drill rigs in the area. this is very hard to cover up easy to see and every body talks.
