Clearly going to take a series of PR's to drive this out of the ditch.

I want direction and a CEO that can implement plans or projects that are PR'ed. When I look at all PR's over the past 2-3 years and consider how many of them actually became reality on date specified or at all, I understand why we are where we are.

They may know how to program but that is only a part of the business. Marketing, finance and staffing is equally important. It takes a team to succeed.
