I am still trying to figure out why you referred to them as "good properties". and now are calling them dogs. I also remember you stating in another post that HC if it were you making the decision you would Drill,Drill,Drill. This is very confusing to me. If it is a dog, why drill? "None of that matters" may be true to some. Not true for me. It all matters.
