Definitely not an empty Shell. If one just looks at the facts that they know and ignore all of the minutia, it is I believe easy to see what the plan is. It has to do with share structures, who owns what, financing, and who owes who. I may be wrong in my speculation. I have never claimed to always be right. I do however believe that both BVIG and KATX will benefit from the latest developments.
