Ignition Entertainment has no 3D DS titles to date. Hope Graffiti launches the DS soon and Ignition fails in their porting efforts. Graffiti could make peace with Marivaldo in Brazil and port the 3D version using Unity3D engine ( http://unity3d.com/ ) through them for a Q2 launch.

Their site kind of sucks too. It's strange that some of these publisher/developers can't seem to launch a good looking web site.
