Shortly after, however, publisher sentiment began to pick up – possibly due to the imminent release of the 3DS. In 2011, Graffiti Entertainment signed on to take Fractured Soul to the world. And shortly after that, Ignition Entertainment signed the worldwide rights to the 3DS version.

The DS release is planned for late 2011, and the 3DS in early 2012, some 7 years after the concept was first written up inside Endgame, or 5 years after first unveiling the prototype at E3.
