Not gloating here. Honestly, not at all. In reality a sad day in so many ways for so many people in that it came to this.

Do wonder if my old board buddy " Lou Chip " is aware of these announcements though. Old Lou who I went back and forth with kind of disappeared after the " Fairplay " indictment came down many, many months ago. Never gave me the opportunity to get his take on that announcement. Just wonder if he'd like to address this new one ?

So sad and so, so unnecessary.
