Let's see how truthful this statement is by him putting it in writing in a PR (press release).That would make a world of difference here (no A/S increase) leaving the current (A/S) authorized share count at 1 billion!

stepping down as MOD CEO just confirmed in email to me that he did increase A/S to 6Billion sorry guys thought this really had a chance to go somewhere

Paul Normand and I just spoke on the phone here is what happened Tecco former CEO filed the A/S increase after the R/M was done, so that is being revoked by the NV state, what he (Normand) meant to say was he was aware of the filing not that he approved the filing. He has absolutely no association with Tecco and as soon as NV catches up on the paper work he will apply for a new ticker symbol to try and distance himself and the company from any past doing of Tecco. With that being cleared up I will try to rejoin the Mods here. Share Structure is and will remain 1 Billion he has no plans on doing a R/S and genuinely seems to want to do right by his share holders but this is his first public co. and is learning along the way.

he said he spoke to his adviser about increasing the share in the future and thought they may have done something on that, he did not fully read my email on the 6 Billion he was talking a very small amount but seeing the reaction this false posting has caused has since decided the SS shall remain unchanged and will start paper work to change ticker to eliminate Tecco from trying this BS in the future. NV has all the info they need that he is aware of unless they request something else, very easy man to talk to and my emails have been responded to in a day or two, he does have a company to build after all
