Hey Wall_street,

Thanks for the info and actually I was hoping that you would chime in, since you've mentioned that D&O might not work out so easily for us (not to mention we'd have to queue up and who knows how many others are in line!).

Even without the D&O, I'm still convinced that we'll have a positive outcome here for DimeQ, but I'm also very aware of the real possibility of a non-optimal outcome.
